Refund policy
We want you to LOVE your fancies! If you are dissatisfied for any reason please reach out for refund eligibility.
We must be notified prior to returning the item or items~ reach out to Jacque@HouseofFancy.com
- Sale items are final sale and not returnable
- Food items are final sale and not returnable.
- Earrings, Headbands, Shoes are not returnable.
- Craft Supply items are final sale and not returnable.
- Seasonal/Holiday apparel and jewelry are final sale.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt (this is due to the seasonal nature of our products)
- Items must be in the same condition that it was received i.e. unworn, all tags attached, free from perfume, make up, pet hair, stains, and various other signs of ware.
- Refunds are accepted and will be processed upon receipt of undamaged return items.
- Shipping fees for returned items are the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded.
- Refund will be given via store credit to House of Fancy to be used within 6 months of issuance.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, spices, etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded - Refund will be given via store credit to House of Fancy to be used within 6 months of issuance. If not, we will donate your return to a local Womens Shelter (Joseph's Coat at St. John Vianney).
