Boutique Policies

Shipping policy: 

- We ship FREE to the lower 48 states, customers with orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will be contacted by email within 48 hours of purchase with exact shipping rate owed and payment options.

Return Policy:

- I want you to LOVE your fancies! If you are dissatisfied for any reason we will gladly accept your return!

- We must be notified prior to returning the item or items~ reach out to jacque@houseoffancy.com

- Sale items are final sale and not returnable

- Craft Supply items are final sale and not returnable.  

- Screen printed T-shirts are shipped from a different location.  Please allow 7-10 business days from the date the order is placed as these items are custom made to order. Because they are custom made, they are not eligible for returns. 

- Seasonal/Holiday apparel and jewelry are final sale. 

- Earrings, Headband, Shoes are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. 

- Fancy Fairy is final sale, no refunds, exchanges, or returns. 

- Candles are final sale, no refunds, exchanges, or returns. 

- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt (this is due to the seasonal nature of our products) 

- Items must be in the same condition that it was received  i.e. unworn, all tags attached. 

- Refunds will be processed upon receipt of undamaged return items. 

- Shipping fees for returned items are the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded. 

- Refund will be made through store credit to House of Fancy
