Shipping policy: 

- We ship FREE on orders over $125 to the lower 48 states, customers with orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will be contacted by email within 48 hours of purchase with exact shipping rate owed and payment options.

Return Policy:

- I want you to LOVE your fancies! If you are dissatisfied for any reason please reach out for refund eligibility.

- We must be notified prior to returning the item or items~ reach out to jacque@houseoffancy.com

- Sale items are final sale and not returnable

- Craft Supply items are final sale and not returnable.  

- Seasonal/Holiday apparel and jewelry are final sale. 

- Earrings, Headband, Shoes are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. 

- Candles are final sale, no refunds, exchanges, or returns. 

- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt (this is due to the seasonal nature of our products) 

- Items must be in the same condition that it was received  i.e. unworn, all tags attached. 

- Refunds will be processed upon receipt of undamaged return items. 

- Shipping fees for returned items are the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded. 

- Refund will be given via store credit to House of Fancy to be used within 6 months of issuance.
